Only suggestion that would make this app over the top would be aisle numbers.

Or scrap it and try again. Doesnt anyone there remember the Dominicks app? I imagine Safeways is similar. Find a good store app to see what people can/will use. Ditto on the other one and two star comments.

I changed my weekly shopping on Saturday and Sunday to Monday in hopes of avoiding the long lines at cashier aisles. To no avail! The store, at dinner hour, is ill equipped to handle customers in a timely fashion. The line went all the way down store aisles, lacking enough cashiers. If this happened once in awhile, no big deal, but its consistent. Its time to shop elsewhere.

I like clipping my coupons and making my shopping list from this weeks ads. Very convenient

The app is way too complicated. It needs to be simplified for user friendliness. Repetitive selection functionality among several menus which is unnecessary.

I dont use this app very often because you have to scroll through countless items that Id never use. There needs to be a less cumbersome way to get the coupons applied. Ill give it a little more time to see if it becomes more user friendly, otherwise Ill delete the app.

This is ridiculous that you remodel the store and took away self check out.

Spent over 1/2 hr making shop list, cutting coupons that meant nothing at checkout. Waste of time, my data. Dont know Ill use this again until its changed. Navigation is all over the place if Im looking for coupons for zip bags I do not want to have to scroll through 100 items to get there, if there is one. Let me look for the item, if theres a coupon then attach to my list. Also cashiers need to be educated on how mymix works. She couldnt tell if my coupons were applied or not. The last time the guy was stumped on how to apply coupons from my account. If you implement a tool to supposedly make shopping experience better, it would be nice to have educated cashiers.

The only thing worse than my local Jewel store is the MyMixx app. Because the local store is in a poorer urban area, Jewel feels fine about stocking older, lower quality fruits and veggies. And customer service is not a priority at the Narraganset/Brickyard store. The app is weak - featuring Buy 9 get .15 off types of deals. Not worth the time it takes to scroll through the confusing array of cat food and dishwasher additive .20 off offers. If there were a way to rate the app any lower I would.

Recently I looked for several items on sale at my local Jewel store but as is often the case, I was disappointed. No rain check offered because no availability was expected by management. If I want these items, I have to drive 20 miles to a bigger store!

Useful for coupons and making a list! Also, makes me realize some stuff I need at times!

I was initially excited about this app. But....that soon would change to frustration. The first time going to my neighborhood jewel I got all my items. Was excited to see all the coupons register when checking out but instead the cashier couldnt figure out why it wouldnt work. So at the end of the day I ended up paying more for items I had coupons for. The second time I went to jewel I was convinced I found the issue but AGAIN it didnt work at the register and AGAIN I paid full price for items I expected the discount on. I went home and reconfigured my settings via the Internet bc you cant configure certain things on the mobile app. Fixed everything there and linked my jewel rewards card. Went to the mobile app and now my coupons wont load at all!!!!! What the what!!?? Awful app. Trying to get this thing to work shouldnt be this difficult. Def making harder for me to save ANY money.

Totally useless. Wont let me connect to get coupons. Definitely needs updating. I give it 0 stars. Had to give one because it wont let me post it. I am gonna delete the app.

Every time I search for online coupons, I always get an error message. And all the coupons I clipped online will not show up (error message again). The same thing happens on the website too. So frustrating!

The app has potential but still needs improvement. Some feature that would make this app better: 1-Search for coupons 2-Scan product bar codes for coupons 3-better sorting/filtering 4-not beginning at top of coupon list every time

This app takes too many inputs to make it easily useful to customers. It should quickly add value to users helping them get to their groceries fast. Instead, i feel like Jewel missed the mark and just wants market data. Get with the program Jewel!

I love it, when I forget my coupons at home I just open it and use the coupons they have available on the site, I can also make my shopping list and decide what the best deals are! Great app

I did report to team about not redeem couple of coupon. Team cant solved problem and I received some refund.

This app has no real use. Not sure what the point is. Cannot redeem coupons so why bother
