This is a serious shortfall. Many other stores have coupon search. It takes up too much time to scroll through tiny coupon images to find what I plan to buy. Even a brand sort would help.

No search bar ?! Really ?! Get with the program Jewel. All I want to do is search on catering items. Nope. Not Jewel.

My store wont even accept it. I give my number and it is rejected every time. Also, why do I have to choose a location? The scrolling and no categories for coupons is just ludicrous. A bar code to scan like Targets Cartwheel is so much better. Horrible execution all around.

I looked through all the coupons. Very difficult to find anything healthy, organic, and there was no produce at all. Im not interested in prepackaged chemical food. It would be nice to have a section for organic and gluten-free please. Thank you.

How idiotic,I have to "Sign in" to search in Jewel inventory. Do you really need customers info/email so badly? Learn from others Costco,Target etc. Bye...deleted.

As long as you load all your offers at home before you shop. Need to have free wi-fi in store. I am unable to add offers in store as my phone is slow do to poor reception inside. Otherwise this app is awesome! Target offers wi-fi and the option to scan an item to see if it qualifies for app savings.

I do like using the app. I find the shopping list convenient and have found the recipes I have made from the list to be really good. However, it would be nice if there was a way to save the recipes chosen somewhere. Also, there are ingredients in the recipes that the store didnt have, which doesnt make sense since the recipes are on a Jewel app so you would think they would have them. Lastly, when I have sent all the ingredients from a recipe to my shopping list not all of them got on the list. This caused me to forget those items. I was not thrilled about that.

I agree with some of the others that there needs to be more flexibility in the categories of products. It would also be helpful to have a search function for coupons. I like that I can go through the list and get reminders of what I need. I also like knocking items off the list as I go along to see what I have left.

Keep thinking Im missing something with this app and that there is an easier way to use it. THERE ISNT! Make sure you have a lot of extra time to look thru and see if any item you want is on sale. Cannot scan item or word search. Jewel-Osco seemed to take short cuts when creating this app. Feels like they dont want me to find any savings.

One of the big points of downloading this was to use digital coupons. How do you even use this app??? As a millennial, there should be hints or some explanation within the app to help with this, unfortunately there are none that I can find. -Frustrated.

While Im clipping cupons if I open the product description it takes me back to the beginning of the list which is most frustrating. When Im in store I have a hard time sorting my clipped cupon to see what specific product I need to qualify for the cupon

I downloaded this app thinking I can used the clipped coupons in store. How do you used clipped coupons? Why have is clipped if we cant used it digitally. Makes no sense!!!

I used to really like this app. Suddenly all the good coupons disappeared. I would like to see more produce or salad bar coupons. Give me 10.00 off once in a while. I spent a lot of money here. Give me something to get me in the door. I also would like to see more deli and bakery coupons.Itsmhard to use. Hard to find your clipped coupons. Im About ready to delete it. Now you have to buy 2 products to get a discount. Forget it.

It is nice to be able to clip coupons electronically. However, the coupons are not in any order and it takes too long to flip through all of them. If I look at a product and go back, I land at the beginning of the list--which is a waste of my time. I would prefer to look at categories of items--cereals, meats, paper products, beauty and toiletries, produce, frozen foods, etc. I would love a search feature.

Been going to Jewel all my life, and was hoping that this app would add to my shopping experience. It is rather totally frustrating process and needs to be updated so that is at least works. Too many times I buy a free product and it doesnt take it off, it is hard to find products, plus sorting and any kind of filtering is nonexistent. Come on Jewel, if youre going to offer this, get it user friendly and working. Are you reading these reviews Jewel? I am tired of having to go to customer service. Also it is not clear what is the free or special item, jewel needs to display, as even the people on the floor dont know. Quit the games, too. Im not interested in wasting time. Just give us better prices.

I shop at Jewel Osco....ok They have an app...cool You can clip coupons. Great! How do you retrieve the coupons and show them to the checkout??? Do you bring your device to the store?.. Are you able print them? I can print a summary from their web page but not from the app and there is no help function to provide you with a clue. Guess what guys...I am removing it from my device as it is a waste of time.. BYE!!!

You should be able to search for coupons, or the app should have them in some sort of order (categories). Itd be great if I could scan a product to see if there was a coupon. You should make it more like Meijers app. Meijer also gives you incentives for using their app and shopping at their store, i.e. money off when you reach a certain spending point. This app needs a lot of work & from what I can tell from other reviews Jewel does not read these.
