This app is not user friendly - it is a big disappointment. I tried to use it and it didnt work and did not save me money. I will no longer go to Jewel I like Marianos much much better. Goodbye Jewel!

I think this is one of the better supermarket apps. I keep a running grocery list and use it while at the market. It did take some "learning" and I am an experienced tech user. THANKS for making my life easier.

I used to love this app but now I keep getting a message that I cannot connect. Try again. I hope they fix this!

Have tried a few times to register. Even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It tells me that - Error with retailer integration. Great first impression.

Look at Target Cartwheel and then replicate it if you want me to feel like Im saving money. Being able to search by product for coupons is non negotiable. The pictures are so tiny I can barely see what there are coupons for in order to store them and use them. Also if Im only getting a few items I can quickly tell if there are coupons for them. Please upgrade this app ASAP!

Its great that jewel is TRYING this... But.. There is NEVER any savings on produce. There is no savings on generic brands. Seems like every coupon requirements are to buy at least 2 of the product. Annoyed.

Terrible app. Unable to search for specific items or brands. Frustrating to use. Jewel, your pricing is awful, your produce is overpriced and poor quality compared to other stores in the area. I can go to Eurofresh, Petes or Aldi and spend 1/2 of your prices with much better quality. Bye bye Jewel!

I should just be able to use my card & get whatever discounts are available If Im a loyal customer! Why should I be forced to waste 20-30min of my life clipping...

Very hard to clip coupons Cant find how to get to my mix coupons

Needs work. App needs a search function instead of relying on filters and endless scrolling to find coupons. Could take 5 minutes to find out that a 3 item list has no coupons available.

Great start but needs some improvements. Definitely needs a search or scan option to see if item has a coupon. Use Targets Cartwheel as a reference.

Keep trying to login, to "synchronize with my online account" and it "cant connect". Ive tried numerous times. If I cant sign in to my account I cant access the online coupons to add to my card....so whats the point!!! Will continue to access through my computer and make a paper list...

my clipped coupons never work when I add my phone number at the register. such a waste of time. I dont always receive my receipt emailed either.

Love the idea and love that the savings comes of when I purchased the items that I clipped the coupon for in the MyMixx app. I just wish I did not have scroll through all the pet food items and baby items as I have never purchased these types of items. Would like to see more items that are similar to all the items I constantly purchase.

i like the app because it is much quicker then calling the pharmacy and listening to all the options. The only improvement I would like to see is some sort of confirmation that the prescription went through and when it will be ready.

Where is the in-store wifi? The app doesn’t work in the store because my carrier signal is too weak, making this app useless as I can’t browse the fliers. There is a wifi network “wifi makes life easier” but I can never access it. Jewel-Osco Highland Park, IL

What a joke their MyMixx is, terminals at the store dont work, cant login to the App, great job Jewel...Marianos is better anyway!!

Never have in store what is on the coupons. It feels like a big scam to get you in the store.

Ridiculously conplicated to try & print "clipped coupons". There is no print button, much searching leads to "you must download coupon printer" which I did & still am unable to print coupons. A call to the contact # put me on eternal hold.
